Each day, Currituck County Schools' experienced bus drivers transport over 2200 students to school and home. They travel our back roads, busy highways, bridges, across railroad tracks, and through dangerous intersections to the doors of our schools. Students riding buses are required to follow bus safety rules. Buses are regularly inspected by an experienced service team.
The first days of the school year are challenging as school personnel determine the quickest and most efficient bus routes. Bus schedules are available from each school. For information on routes, click the "2011-2012 bus routes" on the left. If you have further questions please contact our transportation office or your assigned school.
